The client wanted to expand their eCommerce presence and diversify outside of Amazon Vendor Central but didn’t know where to start. In addition, the client had a variety of competitive sellers competing for the buy box and MAP requirements to meet.
THE SOLUTION
Our Leadership Team worked with the client to understand their strategic goals and internal capabilities. Using data, we strategized with the client to upsell better performing products to the end-user. In turn, this led to a more profitable sell price, while avoiding MAP conflicts and buy box losses. Additionally, we worked with the client to develop a direct to consumer program in their facility which expanded their opportunity to diversify to additional marketplaces.
